That’s Right! Nearly all jewelry repair, watch repair and engraving are done right in our stores. Nearly 90 years of combined experience proudly exists in our Goldsmith Department alone. Our aim is to deliver a high quality repair for a great value. That value is based on: (1) our excellence and expertise that we provide throughout the repair take-in to its completion, including a meticulous quality control process and (2) the high quality of raw materials that we use – which are some of the world’s rarest and finest materials known.  Within that same spirit, when the repair is complete, we make sure it is as perfect as possible for our clients.  With that goal in mind, we can only accomplish that with the perfect amount of time.  Although others may simply identify them as repair jobs, we recognize that they are much more than that to us – as well as what they are and mean to our clients. The passion, expertise and diligent work that is fulfilled on each and every client’s jewelry is something that we are very proud of!

We have the extensive experience in creating fine pieces of jewelry beginning with an idea or concept to a finished piece of jewelry. This unique process usually involves sketching a picture, then a CAD rendering or carving a wax design, casting it and then finishing the jewelry to become something that exceeds our clients’ expectations. This feature greatly enhances the strength and depth of Sorg Jewelers’ in-house goldsmith jewelry repair and custom jewelry department.
